How many tickets can I buy?
Ticket purchases are limited to Eight (8) 2-Day passes per person.
What if I need to change my order?
All sales are final. Orders are binding and not subject to change.

What can I bring with me to the festival?
The following items will be prohibited from entering the venue.
NO Glass containers / NO Drugs / NO Alcohol: If you appear intoxicated at the entrance to the festival, security will not allow you to enter the festival grounds. Event personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. NO Animals (Except Service Animals per ADA guidelines) / NO Weapons (regardless of permit) / NO Lawn Chairs / NO unauthorized Vending of Products / NO Fireworks / NO Bicycles, Scooters, Skateboards or Motorized Vehicles / NO Glow Sticks / NO Food or drinks / NO Audio or Video Recording / NO Coolers (hard or soft unless for medical reasons) / NO Instruments / NO Professional Cameras / NO Laser Pointers / NO Spray Paint / NO Balls, Balloons, Frisbees / NO Fireworks / NO backpacks except those SMALLER THAN 12×12 in. NO EXCEPTIONS. / NO Bottles or Cans / NO Sealed Packages / NO Ladders and, Stepstools / Botta Bags or Camelbacks ONLY EMPTY / NO Flags, Signs or Banners regardless of size / Water Bottles: Philadelphia – Empty aluminum and factory sealed bottles up to 1 liter / NO Smoking
Is there an age limit?
“Made In America” is an all-ages event. However, to enter the festival beer garden areas, you must be 21+ and have valid photo ID.
When I dance at a concert, I get thirsty. Will you have a water program?
Yes, there will be free filtered water service onsite with many stations.
I get super hungry at concerts. What kind of grub are you gonna have?
Fans can enjoy a variety of appetizing food choices from traditional festival and fair food to gourmet food trucks. More details about the “Made In America” culinary experience coming soon.
What are your refund or exchange policies?
All sales are final. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets. The event is rain or shine. Ticket is for the ” Made In America” festival – not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund.
Is the site ADA compliant?
Yes, the site will be ADA compliant.
Public Transportation/Parking:
Philadelphia’s excellent transit system is the best way to get around town. SEPTA is the most comprehensive bus/subway/commuter-rail system in the United States. SEPTA’s vast network of bus, subway, and trolley commuter services will get you anywhere you need to go or at least very close. Find and map your route at www.septa.org.
Entrances:
There is an ADA/Accessible Entrance at the Main Gates on Benjamin Franklin Parkway at North 20th Street.
Guest Services:
THERE ARE THREE (3) INFORMATION BOOTHS LOCATED ON THE SITE AND WILL BE EASILY
IDENTIFIED WITH SIGNAGE. THE INFO BOOTH CLOSEST TO THE MAIN GATES WILL BE
EQUIPPED WITH HIGHLY ADVANCED ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES. QUALIFIED AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS (ASL) WILL ALSO BE LOCATED AT THIS BOOTH. THE INFO BOOTHS ARE STAFFED BY TRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL.
Restrooms:
ACCESSIBLE PORTABLE RESTROOMS ARE LOCATED WHEREVER PORTABLE RESTROOMS ARE PROVIDED.
Assistive Listening System:
MIA is providing the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS) for use during the festival. Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at the info booth closest to the ADA/Accessible Entrance at the main gates.
Concession Stands:
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas (e.g., FOOD TRUCKS), please alert the concession worker or an Event Staff Worker.
Emergencies:
MIA personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness regarding our guests with disabilities.
Service Animals:
Animals are not allowed at the festival. However, an exception is made for service animals.
Interpreting Services:
QUALIFIED ASL INTERPRETERS WILL BE LOCATED AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE INFO BOOTH. PATRONS REQUIRING INTERPRETING SERVICES DURING THE FESTIVAL SHOULD CONTACT ada@madeinamericafest.com ONE (1) WEEK BEFORE THE FESTIVAL
Wheelchair & Companion Seating
MIA provides elevated wheelchair and companion seating platforms at the main stages for enhanced sightline purposes. Because of the potential of limited wheelchair seating on these elevated platforms, MIA reserves the right to limit one (1) companion to sit adjacent to the guest using a wheelchair.
Be advised MIA personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats or who attempts to access designated wheelchair & companion seating areas.

Where is will call located and when is it open?
The Made In America Festival Ticket/Box Office is located at the corner of N. 20th Street & Ben Franklin Parkway.
Hours of Operation:
Thursday, August 29th – 12PM to 8PM
Friday, August 30th – 12PM to 8PM
Saturday, August 31st – 10AM to 10PM
Sunday, September 1st – 10AM to 10PM
It is highly recommended to pick up your reservations/will call early on Thursday, August 29th or Friday, August 30th to avoid long lines and wait times on the days of the festival.
Will there be recycling at the festival?

Who picks the artists?
JAY-Z personally curates the eclectic mix of artists performing at “Made In America.”
Why do people need to buy a ticket when they can try to see/hear it from a nearby building or street?
The best place to enjoy a show is without a doubt inside the venue. The “Made In America” team features some of the most talented audio engineers and visual artists in the industry using state of the art production technology, all of which go into giving fans on the festival grounds the best possible concert experience. Fans that do not have a ticket will be directed away by security. No loitering around the perimeter will be allowed.
Is smoking allowed at the Festival?
There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind permitted on Festival grounds.

What kind of security and medical staff will you have at the festival?
“Made In America” will have extensive security and medical staff onsite. If, at any time during the festival you need any assistance, seek out the medical tent, or look for a nearby security officer or festival staff member. Security is of paramount importance, as it is our priority to provide a safe and enjoyable weekend for all of our guests.
Can I bike there?
Yes, you can bike to “Made In America”! Check back soon for our full bicycle plan that will include where you can stow your bike while you’re at the festival.
Can I take public transit?

Getting to Philadelphia by plane?
Philadelphia International Airport is located seven (7) miles from downtown Philadelphia and serves over 25 airlines. American Airlines has a hub in Philadelphia and offers flights from most major cities. Travelers can also take advantage of direct or connecting service from 31 other destinations, such as Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Oakland, Houston and Seattle. The Airport is easily accessible from Interstates 76, 95, and 476. In addition, rail service to the Airport is available on SEPTA’S High Speed Aiport Line train that operates from 5:25 AM until 11:25 PM daily, every 30 minutes, with easy connections to 30th Street Station (1.2 miles from the festival site)
Getting to Philadelphia by train?
30th St Station is the main train station serving Philadelphia and only 1.2 miles from the “Made In America” festival site. Amtrak, SEPTA and New Jersey Transit all service 30th St Station. Amtrak operates rail service along the Northeast Corridor stretching from Boston to Washington, and other major cities in the United States and Canada. Local train service is provided by SEPTA, which also connects to NJ Transit trains in Trenton, NJ en route to New York. Getting to Philadelphia by car?
Philly is just two hours from New York City, 90 minutes from Baltimore, three hours from Washington, D.C. and about an hour from Lancaster County, Atlantic City and the New Jersey shore via major highways. Getting to Philadelphia by bus?
Philadelphia bus service has daily arrivals from all parts of the country. The Greyhound Bus Terminal is located at 10th and Filbert Streets. Megabus and BoltBus are bus services that offer spacious seating, free Wi-Fi and affordable fares. For more local trips, SEPTA’s bus, trolley and subway services will take you anywhere you want to go in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Where can I park in Philadelphia?
For a listing of parking options for “Made In America” visit www.philapark.org. Metered parking in the city is often just 1-4 hours, so we encourage parking in a garage or lot.
Will there be taxis available?
Taxis can be found all over Philadelphia and are a fast way to get to your destination. Simply flag one down.
